Navigating the Site
The site can be navigated by department using the left hand menu. When the department page loads items within that department are available via a drop down menu on the page.
Text searches are available also in the Homeware and Garden departments.
Payments
If you purchase on line our systems use Sagepay and HSBC to ensure your total security of card details.
We do not hold any of your card details on our systems. For payment you will be transfered to Sagepay to enter your card details. Check that the security padlock is showing and that you are on the Sagepay payment gateway.

Barrow in Furness can be found on Cumbria's beautiful west coast overlooking the Irish Sea and surrounded by magnificent countryside Our Barrow in Furness shop has stocks of many more products available to view and purchase. Trading since 1871 and still independant, owned by the fourth generation of the founder George Doling's family.
Our fully equiped workshop to sevice garden machinery, boats and outboard motors. A dynamometer ( rolling road equivelent) is available for the test and tuning of outboard motors.
Spare parts are controlled by a fully computerised system to ensure that the correct specifcation parts are supplied.
Value for money with good old fashioned backup for all products that we sell has been our method since day one and will always continue to be so.
The location of our shop can be seen from the right hand menu Directions tab. You may print off the directions to enable you to visit our shop avoiding one-way systems.
